  1. Love this post. One of the things I love doing with my coaching clients is getting them to write out an achievements list and then start an ongoing achievements journal. When you can see on paper everything you’ve already achieved it’s a huge boost for your motivation.

    1. This is such a brilliant strategy. I encourage bloggers to do a similar thing with emails – create a positivity plus email folder and whenever they recieve a positive email from someone to store it in there. That way when they’re feeling a little down and out, they can check back on the folder and realise just how amazing they are! Love it! <3
