  1. Love your points here about setting work hours. I do understand where you are coming from. One thing I try to do is be consistent, but not box myself in. I like the fact that I can work late at night if need be. I’ve found tremendous freedom in my work from home life.

Keep up the great work here and live unstoppable!

    1. The flexibility of setting your own work hours is amazing and you’re so right about boxing yourself in. I tend to change my ‘hours’ up most days so it’s not the same day in and day out, but keep the same number of hours. It means I can plan my life around what needs to be done which is why we love working from home so much isn’t it? 🙂

  2. This piece was exactly what I needed. This is so relatable especially the third one. Even when I spend a whole day working I still can feel guilty for not doing anything that evening (and then I end up working again)
I used to have strict working hours but I strayed from them when I got more exciting projects which piled up. After reading this, I’ll definitely try to get back to working hours again. I also really loved your first tip btw. Since I am in the Netherlands but most of my readers are in America I deal a lot with time zone problems.
Setting a response time is such a great solution!
    Thank you!

  3. As someone who runs her own meditation and yoga business from home, I was looking for an article like this to motivate me back into a routine. I had some family from abroad visiting the past couple of weeks and it just threw my entire routine off. Although I worked ahead to spend time with them, I am having a challenging time finding the same momentum as before. Thank you for this great post. I hope to implement some of your great advice and combine it with my morning routine.
